• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Working in corporate environments preferred but not essential.
• Demonstrate pride in yourself and your work.
• A positive and self-driven attitude and mindset.
• Passion for the security industry.

What Will You Learn?

• How to carry out onsite servicing, programming and installation of Security Alarm Systems, Access Control, CCTV, Intercom and other IT based systems.
• Troubleshooting and identifying causes of software and hardware malfunctions.
• How to provide clients with phone support and remote programming/fault investigation.
• How to build strong relationships with clients to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
